Workflow action: Send a fixed content e-mail [Superseded]

This workflow action allows you to send a fixed content e-mail. Whilst it is still available it has been superseded by the infinitely more powerful Send an e-mail using a template workflow action which allows for template based messages, multiple recipients and much more.
