Workflow action: Auto job progression IF another sub-job's stage order is >= x [Don't leave a trace]

This workflow action is exactly the same as this one, except that the the job progression will not create an audit log and no actual date will appear onthe job card. This is as per the Don't leave a trace workflow action.
