Workflow action: Traffic light (Field completed [Blocked on 'No'])

This is another workflow action that blocks when a field has not been completed. It is almost identical to this action except that in this case the action works specifically for Boolean fields (Yes/No fields) and will block job progress while the field is either incomplete or set to No.
