How to edit a user (name, initials, e-mail etc).
To edit a user follow these steps:
- You need to be a superuser to do this.
- Navigate to the user profile either by searching for their name in the search bar or through these menus:
- Click on the menu labelled with your business name.
- Click on staff.
- Click on the user's name.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Edit user.
- Here you can change any of the following:
- First name
- Surname
- Initials (must be unique, even including deleted users)
- Office (if you have multi office active)
- E-mail address (must be unique, even including deleted users)
- Role
- Clearance level
- Status
- Click on Save user.
