How to edit a user (name, initials, e-mail etc).

To edit a user follow these steps:

  1. You need to be a superuser to do this.
  2. Navigate to the user profile either by searching for their name in the search bar or through these menus:
    1. Click on the menu labelled with your business name.
    2. Click on staff.
    3. Click on the user's name
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Edit user.
  4. Here you can change any of the following:
    1. First name
    2. Surname
    3. Initials (must be unique, even including deleted users)
    4. Office (if you have multi office active)
    5. E-mail address (must be unique, even including deleted users)
    6. Role
    7. Clearance level
    8. Status
  5. Click on Save user.
