Unlock a locked user
User accounts are locked when there has been 5 consecutive failed log in attempts made.
If you have locked yourself out of your account you should first contact a colleague that is a Superuser on Glide. A superuser can then unlock you by following these steps:
- Click on the menu labelled with your business name.
- Click on Staff.
- Scroll through the list of users to find the locked user.
- Click on the orange Unlock button to the right of the row.
If you are the only superuser on your Glide account, or if you are unable to contact a superuser then Glide support can also unlock you. We can only do this if we receive an e-mail directly from the e-mail address that matches the locked account. Please send an e-mail here (do not contact us through the 'Contact' form at the top of this page or via the blue 'Contact Glide' widget in the bottom right corner of the screen).
