Workflow action: Auto job progression IF a boolean job field is empty or No [Don't leave a trace]

This workflow action is exactly the same as this one. The only difference is that the automatic progression of the job will not create an audit log and therefore no actual date will be visible on the job card. This is the same effect as using the Don't leave a trace workflow action.
