Can be disabled? (Sub-system)

Each sub-system has a setting called Can be disabled?

By default this will be set to Yes. This means that users can change whether a client is active or not active on the relevant tab of the client card.

If you change this to No then this setting will be hidden. You would combine this with a default active setting of Active (either for all clients or just organisations or individuals, as required) meaning that users were not able to deactivate a system for a client.
