How to change the layout of client fields

You can change the layout of client fields on both the summary tab of the client card and on the workflow system specific tabs of the client card, follow these steps:

For the summary tab:

  1. Click on the Config menu (note you need to be a superuser).
  2. Click on Edit additional client fields.
  3. Click on the pencil icon alongside the field you wish to move to edit the field.
  4. Change the order value. Field are listed in ascending order value, where you are viewing on a desktop device they will be in a two column layout and rows are populated left to right before moving onto the next row.
  5. Click save.

Note that currently address fields are shown on the summary tab; however, they shall soon be moving exclusively to the Addresses tab.

For the workflow system specific tabs:

  1. Click on the Config menu (note you need to be a superuser).
  2. Click on Edit workflow systems.
  3. Drill into the appropriate workflow system by clicking on the pencil icon alongside the name.
  4. Click on the workflow elements tab.
  5. The fields are listed under Custom client fields at the top of the page.
  6. Follow steps 3-5 above.
