How to change the client status (prospect, active, lost).

To change the status of a client follow these steps:

  • Navigate to the relevant client card (either by searching on the name or code or by clicking on the client name where ever you see it).
  • The status button is shown to the right hand side of the client card, level with the client name. The button will be coloured accordingly:
    • Active client = green.
    • Prospect = dark blue.
    • Lost = red.
    • Deleted = white.
  • Click on the status button to change it.
  • In the pop up change the status and then click Save.

Please note that once a client has been set to Lost, no future jobs will be created unless the client is re-activated.
