How to remove the need to complete the target minutes before submitting timesheet

You can configure your system such that some or all users do not need to record the required minutes before they can submit their timesheets.

To do this for all users follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Config menu (Superuser access required).
  2. Click on Advanced config settings.
  3. Change the setting Remove need to complete minutes per day before submitting timesheet for all users to Yes.
  4. The page saves automatically.

To do this for individual users:

  1. Click on the menu labelled with your business name.
  2. Click on the Staff link.
  3. Click on the name of the Staff member.
  4. Click on the Config tab.
  5. Change the setting Remove need to complete minutes per day before submitting timesheet to Yes (Supueruser access required).
  6. This page saves automatically.

Once set to No the user(s) will be able to submit their timesheets without hitting the required minutes. This might be useful where users work flexi time, in this case consider using the Actual vs Core time report and widgets.
