How to decide which staff appear on the Scheduler and in what order they appear

For each user you can decide whether you would like them to appear on the Scheduler or not. This is a global setting and so if you hide a user they will not appear on the Scheduler, regardless of which user is viewing it. To do this follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Config menu (superuser required).
  2. Click on Scheduler Settings.
  3. Scroll down to Staff visibility / ordering.
  4. Find the staff member you wish to hide (or make visible if already hidden). Click on the pencil icon on their row.
  5. Set to -1 to remove the user from the Scheduler. A value >= 0 will mean the user appears on the Scheduler and will also control the order of staff with the highest value appearing at the top.
