How to give Glide support access to your system

If you need to give Glide support temporary access to your system to help then follow these steps:

  1. Click on the config menu (superuser required).
  2. Click on advanced config settings.
  3. Change the Allow Glide Practice Solutions Ltd to login to your system to help with support enquiries? to Yes (change takes effect instantly, no need to click save)
  4. Once your issue is resolved you can change it back.
